Summary
Nature is often seen as a place that is accessible to certain types of people with the appropriate gear and outdoor enthusiasm. Often, we don't realize how the wilderness--nature as we see it--impacts our health physically, emotionally, and mentally. In this presentation, Judith Sadora challenges our perceptions on how we do nature, who does it, how it is done, and its impact on individuals. Sadora explores the narratives we hold about the outdoors and what it means to be one with nature
