Michael has returned with no intention of continuing the family business, but after several assassination attempts on his father's life, Michael wants revenge on the men responsible. He is groomed as the new don, leading the family to a new era of prosperity, then launching a campaign of murderous revenge against those who once tried to wipe out his family
