Summary
Burt Reynolds takes the field as a wayward pro football player and notorious ladies' man in this bawdy comedy co-starring Kris Kristofferson and Jill Clayburgh. Sexy Barbara Jane (Clayburgh) and good ole boys Billy Clyde (Reynolds) and Shake (Kristofferson) have been best friends for years. When Shake finds enlightenment with a wacky philosophy, Barbara Jane is intrigued. But when her new interest in Shake turns into love, Billy Clyde realizes that she's the woman he's wanted all along!
